Refund, Returns & Withdrawal Policy

At Pause For Fur, we want you to feel good about your order. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. To help us review the issue quickly, include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when possible.

Returns

Return eligibility may vary by product. Please request a return before sending anything back. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item should generally be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for where and how to send your item back.

Non Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Final sale items
  • Products without original packaging
  • Digital products after access or download has been provided, unless required by applicable law

Digital Products

Digital products, including ebooks, guides, templates, downloads, and digital bonus bundles, are delivered electronically.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, they may not be eligible for refund once access or download has been provided, unless required by applicable law.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@pauseforfur.com.

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, shipped, or delivered, we may not be able to cancel it. If cancellation is no longer possible, you may be able to request a return if the item is eligible.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a buyer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days, subject to applicable rules and exceptions.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, return shipping instructions will be provided. Depending on the reason for the return and the product involved, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Please do not send items back without first receiving return instructions from us.
